To ensure we can best serve all our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Timeframe • Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged %75 of the service cost. No refund will be issued. • Any required deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up. • Prepaid packages or gift certificates follow the same cancellation rules unless otherwise stated. Special Circumstances We understand that unexpected emergencies or illnesses can occur. In such cases, please reach out to us directly. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer flexibility (such as a credit toward a future appointment) at our discretion.
